People - a few images of our amazing team and some of the lovely folk we have met at events and visits to our local suppliers.

Food - we continue to develop our food based on finding the best local producers and increasingly from harvests from our own plot

Places - We are so lucky to get to some of the most beautiful and interesting places in Sheffield and surrounding areas. The Assay office was a real treat, we just had to create a fitting menu for the guests.

Growing - We are passionate about using our home grown produce in our kitchens. Edible flowers grace our wedding menus and garnish our corporate buffets. Our Sheffield hampers include our home grown fruit chutneys and preserves and we make seasonal drinks including elder-flower cordial, sloe gin and use local apples to make amazing cider.
