Foragers Hedgerow Hamper

We are proud of this new hamper as it is built completely on harvests both cultivated and wild foraged from our Derbyshire plot.

The Foragers Hedgerow Hamper contains:

- Wild herb tea. Wild herb teas have been crafted for centuries by herbalists and drunk for their medicinal qualities. Rich in vitamins and minerals they are said to boost the immune system, sooth pains and detoxify.

- Handmade Jam. We “forage” wild berries and cultivate blackberries, currants and gooseberries within the Forest garden to make delicious jams and preserves.

- Pure premium quality English Blossom honey from the bees on our plot.

- A delicious chutney which is particularly good with cheese made from a variety of our Apple varieties

- We allow a number of native Elderberry trees to grow within the Forest Garden. The berries make an excellent flavoured vinegar.
